Environment

Cause
This is an Expected Behavior. All Benefits with Benefit Type Deductible Allowance is Expected not to have an Eligibility Criteria Section.
Resolution
The equivalent of "Eligibility Criteria" section for Benefits with type Deductible Allowance is the section called " Benefit Deductible Allowance" - You may add a Contribution Rule so that only Eligible Employees will have access to this particular Benefit.
Here is an Example of a Contribution Rule.
Note:
- If you are going to use the Contribution Rule to automatically derive the Employee Contribution and Employer Contribution amounts, then do not maintain any values in the "Employee Contribution" and "Employer Contribution" fields in the Benefit configuration
- If value is maintained and the Contribution Rule is not satisfied, the system will consider this as an Else If and assign the respective amounts
- This means that the Benefit could appear for employees that are not eligible based on the criteria defined in the Contribution Rule
- The Benefit will become available for enrollment for employees assigned to the Legal Entity (s) maintained in the Benefit configuration
