2737132 - Negative Rating in 360 Detailed Report

In the 360 Detailed Report you see negative Ratings, however, this does not follow the Rating Scale configured.

The rating "Too New to Rate" it will be stored as "-1971.0" in database as technical design and it should not be taken in consideration for the overall form rating.

However, due to a data issue or inconsistency in the database, the form considers "-1971.0" as a valid rating. [MTR-4830]

In order to correct this scenario, it will be necessary to send the form back to the users that have provided the "Too New to Rate" score so they can rate again and all the information should be saved accordingly and the values updated in the 360 Detailed Report.
