2737151 - How to disable job board - Recruiting Posting

• How to delete a job board from Recruiting Posting interface?
• How to disable a job board only for one posting profile?

If a job board that has been set up in Recruiting Posting, should be removed from users' interface, you can either delete it (in case it should be removed for ALL users) or remove it from selected posting profiles.

For both, go to Manage Recruiting Posting/Settings ⇾ My Job Boards

Select the job board you want to deactivate for all users, click Delete job board and confirm.

As soon as you confirm, the job board will be removed from all posting profiles.

You have also a possibility to disable a job board only for a selected posting profile:

1. Select the job board you need to disable and go to Availability tab
2. Click Edit set of posting profiles
3. Select a posting profile and uncheck the box
4. Click Save
