Symptom

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Once you request a new test tenant, production tenant or restore point on the Service Control Center Work Center, the request will be replicated to SAP internal systems.

Hence, you would like to confirm if the request has been acknowledged or confirmed by SAP side.

  • SAP Cloud for Customer
  • SAP Business ByDesign

  • Available Restore Points

A restore point is a snapshot of the system data that is saved at a specific point in time. In the event of a problem, you can request that the system data be restored to this point in time. This section shows the restore points that are available to you and when exactly they were created.

Please refer to the KBA: 2505081 - How to Find Restore Point ID in the System.

  • Contractual Maintenance Period (CMP)

You can also be checking the maintenance period, as agreed in your contract. The maintenance period consists of the day the maintenance is to be carried out, the start time, and the duration of the maintenance. It is the reserved downtime which SAP deploys Hotfixes, Emergency Patches and other Maintenance Activities every week.

After release 1905 all customers are able to monitor their requests via Service Control Center work center.

If the request reached us successfully, then it will be on the view "Service Requests". We do not monitor service requests via incidents, in case our operations team face any issue during the process, they will open an internal incident and our support team will contact you directly.

Take a look on the below KBA and check how to proceed to check the service requests.
