Symptom

    Msg 12823, Level 16, State 1:
    Server 'asename', Procedure 'sp_ssladmin', Line 160:
    Command 'addcert' failed to add certificate path
    $SYBASE/$SYBASE_ASE/certificates/asename.crt, system error: Other certificate failure.
    (return status = 1)
