2737473 - SAP JAM description box doesn't allow more than 255 characters in Mentoring programs

When launching the Mentoring program with SAP Jam group enabled, the Jam checks the description and gives error if characters are more than 255.

SuccessFactors BIZX: Mentoring Programs

1. Go to Manage Mentoring program via Admin Center
2. Create a Mentoring program and enable Create a SAP Jam group linked to this mentoring program
3. Update the Learning JAM Group description box, gets error as length should not be greater than 255, as below:

The character limitation of Learning JAM Group description box is 255 characters and this includes special characters as well. It is not possible to increase this character limit for this textbox.
