2737560 - The Sales Organization and Distribution Channel in the Document Do Not Match with the Product Master Sales Data.

When editing a B2B Sales Order, you receive the error: The sales organization and distribution channel in the document do not match with the product master sales data. Check your entries in the document or the product master.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Select the Sales Orders view.
3. Search fot the ID ABC (ABC represents the ID of the Sales Order document).
4. Click the Edit button.

Error: "Item XX: The sales organization and distribution channel in the document do not match with the product master sales data. Check your entries in the document or the product master."

Upon the creation of the Sales Order document, the product master data does not have the given Sales Organization and Distribution Channel found under the document.

This is the expected system behavior.

Master data updated after the creation of Sales documents, are not fetched. It will only be taken for new documents.
Change the Sales Organization and Distribution Channel to match the data found under the product master data or cancel the Sales document.
