Symptom

DS Agent is in DISCONNECTED mode

DP Server log showing:

  • "Cannot locate index server with VolumeID <#> , DatabaseID: <#>"
  • "Shutdown can not continue as indexserver is down. Starting RecoveryThread..."
  • 'Total allocated memory' getting close to 'GLOBAL_ALLOCATION_LIMIT (GAL)' value
