Symptom

  • EWA Report Graph is not always generated, the report shows error: "Graph cannot be generated due to IGS failure: RFC Communication Error."
  • Test destination to ""IGS_RFC_DEST" in transaction: SM59 on the backend IGS system, the connection test passed.
  • Test destination to ""IGS_RFC_DEST" in transaction: SIGS on the backend IGS system, it shows error "IGS error: ProcessRequest (RFC_EXTERNAL_FAILURE)" or othe issues.
