Unable to remove/delete entry in Manage External User Accounts (eQuest account)

SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Manage External User Accounts
2. Export external user accounts file
3. Remove User
4. Import the file successfully
5. Export again the file
6. Notice that the user is still appearing in the external accounts

Currently our application supports only inserting the eQuest accounts but not rewriting and deleting the eQuest accounts.
