What fields will appear in the First Advantage Background Check Integration Setting list?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

• Background Check;
• First Advantage Integration;

1. Go to Admin Center;
2. Search for First Advantage Background Check Integration Setting;
3. Click in one of the options for mapping:
• Job Requisition;
• Job Application;
• Candidate Profile;
• Background Elements;
4. You will now see two lists of fields Left side which is a fixed field and right side which you can select a field;

The fields located in the left column of Job Requisition, Job Application and Candidate Profile are the fields that come from FADV, and those fields are pre-defined by the standard integration with First Advantage:

In the Recruiting Management fields you will be able to see the fields accordingly to what is defined in the selected template and also to the matching field type. If a field is Date for example, you will only be able to see fields with field-type="date" in the list.

In the case of the Background Elements, it is the other way around, the fields in the right column come from First Advantage, but they are also pre-defined in the standard integration, so there is no way to add new fields into that list, and they also respect the same field type rule as the other ones.

Just one pertinent observation on this topic: Since those fields are coming from First Advantage, there is no way to get a list of them anywhere else in SuccessFactors system(Data Dictionary, Ad-hoc Reporting, Integration Center, etc...)
