Symptom

  • Cannot send a case
  • Cannot click Submit
  • Cannot submit a case
  • Cannot send a case
  • Can create a case but not send it
  • S-user ID has Send Cases to SAP authorization
  • S-user ID can create a support case but Submit is grayed out
  • Error: You are not authorized to submit cases for installation 1234567, please contact your administrator for assistance
