Symptom

  • Cannot send an incident
  • Cannot click Submit
  • Cannot submit a case
  • Cannot send a case
  • Can create an incident but not send it
  • S-user ID has Send Incidents to SAP authorization
  • S-user ID can create a support incident but Submit is grayed out
  • Error: You are not authorized to submit incidents for installation 1234567, please contact your administrator for assistance
