2. Under the list of Job Requisitions, instructional text is no longer visible

As part of the b1811 release, a change has been made as to how the instruction text above Job Requisitons is displayed. This information can now be accessed by clicking the ? icon next to "Job Requisitions"

 This text can be maintained under "Manage Recruiting Settings".
