2738573 - Incorrect Attachment Name from Service Request Displayed in Odata

Symptom

When performing an Odata query for Service Request attachments, the value showed in the Name tag of the attachment files do not reflect the actual file name that was uploaded to the Service Request.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer - all versions.

Reproducing the Issue

Perform a query for Service Request Attachment Folder using a URL like the following: https://myXXXXXX.crm.ondemand.com/sap/c4c/odata/v1/c4codataapi/ServiceRequestCollection('YYYYYYYYY')/ServiceRequestAttachmentFolder.
When checking the Name property, you see a value similar to the one from the LinkWebURI property.

Cause

The Odata framework currently does not display the same name of the file that was uploaded to the Service Request.

Resolution

This is the expected behavior.
