2738682 - The user defined variables (char/varchar) in the procedure, it may get wrong result when initialize the value as a blank

Symptom

A variables X is defined as char/varchar datatype and its value is initialized to a blank in a store procedure. The values of X may be wrong changed after assigning its value to another variable and then change its value  in this store procedure.
