2738909 - Product Counted Quantity Column in Blank for Count Line Item

In Physical Inventory work center, the column Product Counted Quantity is not showing any data for Count Line Item XXX.

XXX = Count Line Item ID.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to the Physical Inventory work center.
2. Select Monitoring: By PI Count Item view.
3. Search for the Count Line Item XXX.

Notice that the Product Counted Quantity column is in blank.

The field Product Counted Quantity comes from Product Actual Quantity and it is only blank in PI Count Item if the Zero Quantity checkbox is checked in the relevant Count Task. If the task is not finished yet and the Zero Quantity is not checked, the field Product Counted Quantity will have value 0. However if the Zero Quantity is checked, the Product Actual Quantity is not populated and the Product Counted Quantity will be in blank.

Since the Zero Quantity checkbox is checked, the system is working as expected.
