2738920 - Missing ABAP metrics in CA Introscope

1.  In the Webview, some hosts are missing ABAP metrics like free Dialog/Background work processes, logged on users, ICM Connections, Enqueues, Update Records, etc.
2. In the SMDAgentApplication you will initially find the data collection actions in status PERMANENT_ERROR, for example:
   
3. After changing the SMDAgentApplication log to DEBUG and restarting the agent, the very first executions of this action will show more details about the error:
