Symptom
When adding a Concurrent Employment, the Concurrent Employment-related dates are not pre-populated unlike in Add New Employee Wizard where these dates are automatically set.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Add New Employee and fill in all details until Job Information.
2. Notice that the date fields under Employment Details are pre-populated.
3. Go to an Employee's Profile and add a Concurrent Employment.
4. Notice that the date fields under Concurrent Employment Details are blank.
Cause
This is an expected behavior. The Add New Employee and Add Concurrent Employment does not handle these dates in the same way.
Resolution
In Add New Employee, the first thing you enter is the Hire Date under the Identity Section. This is date will automatically be set to the date fields under Job Information > Employment Details Section. In Add Concurrent Employment, all these dates will be presented in the screen at the same time and are to be manually entered.
