2739201 - Repository Information init failed : Invalid repository (BODI-3015004) .Error : ORA-00904: "REPOKEY": invalid identifier - SAP Data Services 14.2.x

Symptom

After migrating from SAP Data Services 14.2.3.725 to 14.2.10.1748 the DSXI40UpgradeMgr.sh tool is ran the following error is seen

com.acta.repo.RepositoryInformation init SEVERE: Repository Information init failed : Invalid repository (BODI-3015004) .Error : ORA-00904: "REPOKEY": invalid identifier

In the trace logs the following error is seen:

ERROR: sapconnections.xml does not exists
