2739462 - DRTM Employee Profile Purge not working - SAP SuccessFactors

Background data is not getting purged, even though the purge message just says "The user master data will be excluded from the application data purge".

User is performing the background data is not getting purged, even though the purge message just says "The user master data will be excluded from the application data purge".

Purge Type: DRTM Employee Profile Purge

1. Open your instance
2. Search "Manage Data" in Admin Center 
3. Select "DRTM Employee Profile" and "BACKGROUND (BACKGROUND)" 

The user exit date is:

The user exit date is "9/1/2018", while the retention period is 12 month, that's the reason the user was excluded from the application data purge.
