2739614 - Transaction SDCCN is blocked due to HTTP destination for the new communication channel not created

Important:  The workaround in this document should not be applied on a Solution Manager system.  In case you encounter the problem in Solution Manager System, refer to note 2734120.

After upgrading to ST-PI 740 SP09 or ST-PI 2008_1_7xx SP19, you are prompted to migrate the SDCC_OSS RFC to the new communication channel as shown below when executing transaction SDCCN.

 When you click 'Yes', you may see the following pop-up.

However, the system does not need to connect to SAP backbone for SDCCN as the system is connected to a Solution Manager system.
In this case, the HTTP destinations SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL and SAP-SUPPORT_PARCELBOX are not needed in the system.
Nevertheless, transaction SDCCN will not work if the two HTTP destinations are not created.
