2739643 - HANA view SYS.LCM_SOFTWARE_COMPONENTS empty

Symptom

The database view SYS.LCM_SOFTWARE_COMPONENTS should contain at least a single entry: 'HDB'.

However this entry is not present in the view.

The nameserver trace of the affected system will have entries for SLDCollect component similar to:

[67551]{-1}[-1/-1] 2019-01-04 08:39:11.727939 e SLDCollect Sld.cpp(00315) : Error during CIM model load: Error while parsing XML file landscapeDescription.xml in /mnt/shared/<SID>/lm_structure/.
