2739658 - Error While Accessing the E-Mail Integration Work Center Views

Symptom

Upon accessing the E-Mail Integration work center views namely User Settings view or Groupware Settings view, you receive the below error:

ISA-081: An unexpected server error occurred. Please contact the support team and provide them with the following correlation ID: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX

* XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX represents the correlation ID

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to E-Mail Integration work center
  2. Go to the respective views User Settings or Groupware Settings
  3. You see the mentioned error

Cause

Temporary glitch in the system or server, due to which the screen was not loaded.

Resolution

Logout from the tenant and login. Go to E-mail Integration work center and access respective views User Settings or Groupware Settings.

You do not see the error.
