2739986 - Unable to Upload List Prices With Excel

Symptom

It is not possible to upload list prices using Excel due to the error "500 - Internal Server Error".

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Excel File.
  2. Log on to SAP ByDesign System Add-On.
  3. Click on Save Data To.

The error message "500 - Internal Server Error" occurs. 

Cause

One of the Suppliers used in the Excel Sheet has the Blocked status in the system. 

Resolution

The steps to change Supplier's status are listed below: 

  1. Go to Supplier Base work center.
  2. Go to Suppliers view.
  3. Search for the Supplier ID. 
  4. Click on Change Status.
  5. Select Active.
  6. Save it.
