When doing a SAP Readiness Check for SAP S/4 HANA, the job TMW_RC_DVM_DATA_COLL fails with CALL_FUNCTION_PARM_UNKNOWN dump;

What happened?
Error in the ABAP Application Program

The current ABAP program "SAPLTMW_CTS_SWITCHES" had to be terminated because
it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
Function module "/SDF/COLLECT_DVM_ST14_RESULT" was called with parameter
"ET_TAB".
This parameter is not defined there however.
