2740073 - Integration of Achievements With Calibration - Continuous Performance Management

• It is possible to link the Achievements that you add via the Continuous Performance Management solution to your Calibration template.
• It enables Managers to view the CPM-based Achievements of their Direct Reports in Calibrations Sessions based on that template.
• The Achievements can be accessed from the session in the form of a pop-up window which opens on the Achievements tab in CPM.
• No other role within the Calibration session can view an employee's CPM Achievements.

How to enable the integration:

1. Go to Admin Center.
2. Open Manage Calibration Templates.
3. Click the Calibration template, in which you want to include the Continuous Performance Management Achievements.
4. Click the Data tab, scroll down and select Others.
5. Enable "Allow access to Continuous Performance Management Achievements":

The Continuous Performance Management Achievements data will be available as a drop-down option for the subjects in the Calibration session:
