When adding new global assignment with event reason associated to legal entity, the event reason field is displayed prior to the legal entity. You have to select the legal entity before being able to select the country specific event reason which is not intuitive.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Navigate to Add Global Assingment Wizard
2. Event Reason will be blank until legal entity is selected
3 The legal entity field is display after the event reason
Resolution
This is currently being considered as an enhancment by our engineering team under the SAP reference ECT-97824
