2740959 - Error Message: "Type Code 'XXX' is Not Part of Configuration Profile 'CRM_ACT'"

You receive the below error message during the import of Phone Call Notes in the Data Workbench work center:
"Type Code 'XXX' is not part of configuration profile 'CRM_ACT'" (XXX represents the type code).

SAP CLOUD FOR CUSTOMER

1. Go to Data Workbench work center.
2. Tab Import view.
3. Select Individual Object.
4. Select Insert tab.
5. Select Standard Object sub-tab.
6. Select Phone Call Notes.
7. Select Next.
8. Upload the import file.
9. Error: "Type Code 'XXX' is not part of configuration profile 'CRM_ACT'".

The reason for this error message is an incorrect type code in the import file.

When uploading Phone Call Notes maintain the  correct Type Code value '10002'.
