How to share credits/pack between different job boards?

Environment

Resolution

It is possible to share a pack (credits contract) between different sites of the same job boards galaxy.

For instance, the galaxy "StepStone" includes other partner job boards such as AdminCompta, JobIngenieur, JobTech, MarketVente, Sourcéa or Techniciens.com.


To share an existing contract:

  1. Go to Manage Recruiting Posting -> My Job Boards
  2. Select a job board and go to Packs tab
  3. Edit the contract (pack) and go to Associated Job boards tab
  4. Select the job boards from the list that you want to include in your pack (contract) and click Save

Please note that you can share contracts only if you include job boards of the same "galaxy" (the most of the job boards are dealing with individual contracts) and it must be specified in your commercial agreement with the job board.
