2741191 - Error with Backup TSM - SAP ASE

Symptom

Can't execute database backup because of following errror.

Backup Server: 4.172.1.4: The value of 'allocated pages threshold' has been set to 40%.
Backup Server session id is: 18. Use this value when executing the 'sp_volchanged' system stored procedure after fulfilling any volume change request from the Backup Server.
Backup Server: 4.132.1.1: Attempting to open byte stream device: 'syb_tsm*****'
Backup Server: 4.124.2.1: Archive API error for device='syb_tsm*****': Vendor application name=Sybase-TSM API, Library version=2, API routine=syb_open(), Message=Error loading Tivoli Storage Manager library '/usr/tivoli/tsm/client/api/bin64/libApiTSM64.a(dsmapish_64.o)'.
Msg 8009, Level 16, State 1: Server '***', Line 12: Error encountered by Backup Server. Please refer to Backup Server messages for details.
