1. Go to the Sales Campaign work centre
2. Go to the Target Group work center view
3. Open a Target Group
4. Select "Upload From File" in the Actions
5. Select a file
6. Click Upload

Result: Unable to upload the file and add members due to error message.

• The Header allows the system to ascertain where the IDs are originating from in the system
• The ";" (semi-colon) is important to allow the system to isolate, and read the IDs. Without this separation you will be faced with the error
• It can also be because of the format of the file used

• You may verify the symbols used to isolate the values (",",";") to address the inconsistencies in the content
• You may also adjust the format ensuring that the used file format is CSV (Comma delimited)(*.CSV). This format supports only member ID
