2741353 - Missing "Security" menu in SAP BTP Cockpit (Cloud Foundry) - Feature Set A

The "Security" menu in the SAP BTP Cockpit (Cloud Foundry / Multi-Environment) is missing.

Note: this article is valid for accounts based on Feature Set A. For Feature Set B, the roles "Subaccount Administrator" and "Subaccount Viewer" grant access to the Security menu. To verify whether the account is based on Feature Set A or B, click on the name on the top-right corner of the BTP Cockpit and choose "About".
