2741417 - Deleted items are visible in the document overview while creating a purchase order with respect to other purchasing documents - SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA.

When a user creates a PO in ME21N with reference to another document (PR, PO, contract, or scheduling agreement), the system also displays deleted items. In the case of contracts and PRs, the following error or warning messages are triggered:

• ME620: Contract item [document number] [item number] has been deleted (release order not possible)

• 06050: Purchase requisition [document number] item [item number] already deleted

The message ME620 is triggered only in ME21N. If a contract related to a PO is deleted, this message is not issued in ME22N for the corresponding PO.
