2741484 - ChangeSet index 1 - Error when approving the New Hire

Application error was received when user tries to approve New Hire which is pending the User's approval.

SAP Successfactors Recruiting Management

1. Login to the instance.
2. Click on the Approve requests.
3. Approve the new hire request for the Candidate.
4. Error will occur.
5. ChangeSet index 1 - Error while updating external candidate user id:

This error message is caused by a misconfiguration in Recruiting Management.

1. Go to Admin Center > Edit Applicant Status Configuration OR Provisioning > Applicant Status Configuration
2. Edit the Default or the Application status set that's being used.
3. Then make sure that only one of the status was set to "Hired" as Hirable option.These settings have to be unique across all statuses in the instance which includes the inactive statuses also.
