2741573 - How the Predecessor/Successor Documents for the FB/FO in the Transportation Cockpit works?

Symptom

  • SAP Transportation Management where a Drayage Freight Order (either FO for Pick-up or FO for Delivery) are created for a Freight Booking (FB). 
  • When the FB is selected in the Freight Orders/Freight Bookings tab on the Transportation Cockpit (TC), the Drayage FO is not displayed in the Successor Documents or Predecessor Documents tab in the Freight Document Details area on the TC. 

OR

  • In the Transportation Cockpit, the Predecessor Documents section is not showing any documents after selecting a Freight Order and pressing Show Details in the Road Freight Orders section.
  • Expectation is to see the documents from the document flow under predecessor and successor tabs of the order detail section of Transportation Cockpit.
