After removing a dimension member from the dimension member list and clicking on the button "Save and Process" to process the dimension, it will get failed with a dump "ASSERTION_FAILED" in t-code "ST22". In t-code "SLG1", an error like the following can be found:
"@Error@ Data target /CPMB/xxxxxx(Inbound Table) is locked by process {2019-01-10 22:21:11 000004 UTC+8} (internal 09:20:17)
@Error@ 20190110222111000004000 is locked by user DDIC. Master data cannot be deleted at this time."
