You have a valid Access Restriction for Opportunities that uses the Rule 99, for the user XYZ to only see Opportunities in their own Sales Unit 123. However, the users see also Opportunities from the Sales Unit 789.
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
Login with the user XYZ.
- Go to the Sales workcenter.
- Go to the Opportunities view.
Result: the user sees Opportunities with Sales Unit 123 (correct) and with Sales Unit 789 (not correct).
The Opportunities with the Sales Unit 789 have a user from the Sales Unit 123 assigned in the Involved Parties; the user from the Sales Unit 123 has access to Opportunities where a user from the same Sales Unit is involved.
This is the expected behaviour. Please adapt the Access Restrictions or the Involved Party if you don't wish for the user XYZ to see the Opportunities from the other Sales Unit.
