SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
You are trying to request to terminate your productive system, however the button "Terminate System" is greyed out.
Environment
- SAP Cloud for Customer
- SAP Business ByDesign
Cause
For security reasons you are unable to terminate productive systems via Service Control Center requests.
Resolution
In order to terminate your existing production tenant. Please create a Case from your test tenant with the details like, Production tenant ID, Production Tenant URL and Reason for the termination.
