2742072 - IBP data integration: Entry doesn't exist for root attribute...

Symptom

  • One or more records are rejected during load of key figure data through data integration (i.e. through Data Integration app, SDI, HCI, etc);
  • or save/update of the Master Data Type in Excel Add-in.

You may face below error whenever you do above actions:

Master data not available.  Entry doesn't exist for root attribute <ATTR> in MD <MASTERDATATYPE> for planning level <PLANLEVEL>.
