2742165 - Error when importing tile-based dashboard in Report Center

User is getting an error message when importing a Tile-Based Dashboard "You do not have Youcalc admin privilege needed to upload Youcalc artifact"

Reporting > Click on Import button > Browse the file > Import > Error "You do not have Youcalc admin privilege needed to upload Youcalc artifact"

User doesn't have Administrator permission to "Analytics Tiles and Dashboards" under Manage Dashboards / Reports

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Set User Permissions -> Manage Permission Roles 
3. Edit a role -> Permissions -> Administrator Permissions -> Manage Dashboards / Reports
4. Enable Analytics Tiles and Dashboards
