Symptom

 While trying to login to Lumira Designer, the following popup error appears:

The server supplied the following details:

OCA_Abuse exception 10505 at [exceptionmapper.cpp : 79] 33000 {Failed while trying to log on user XXXXXXXXX. RFC error: " Number:000 (USER_OR_PASSWORD_INCORRECT)" (FWM 00013)
