2742937 - Error "Unable to read format xxxx" when printing with a format transported from another system

Symptom

  • A custom format xxxx has been created in DEV system and then transported into QAS, printing does not work when using the new format.
  • In transaction SP01, the spool fails with status "Incorrect (Error creating print data)". 
  • The Log of the spool request contains the detailed error "Unable to read format xxxx. l_rc = 128".
