2742942 - Import history from SPAM is not showing all the component which were part of the Target Stack.xml during Upgrade

Symptom

Import_history from SPAM->Goto -> Import history -> Queue doesn't match the component version mentioned in the SapUpconsole.Log.

For example: Upgrade the system from  SAP S/4 HANA 1709 to SAP S/4 HANA 1809.

Import history shows only below packages, It doesn't show packages like SAP_BASIS 753 etc.history.png
