2743094 - Competencies/Candidate Ratings Not Migrated After Enabling Job Profile Builder in Recruiting

After enabling Job Profile Builder (JPB), the Competencies and/or Candidate Ratings are not appearing.

Use Job Profiles in Requisitions under Manage Recruiting settings has been enabled before doing the migration of competencies in provisioning.

The following steps must be completed to associate competencies to the job requisition.

1. Go to Admin center > Configure Object Definitions.
2. Select "Object definition" in the 1st dropdown, and select "JobReqCompetencyMappingEntity" in the 2nd dropdown.
3. Click on Take Action > Make Correction.
4. Scroll down to "Searchable Fields" section > Enter "jobReqId" in the text field > Save. (This will enable user to search the job req id in "Manage Data" tool)
5. Go to Admin center > Manage Data.
6. Select "JobReqCompetencyMappingEntity" in the 1st dropdown.
7. Search for the Job Req id which has issue in the 2nd dropdown (or scroll in the dropdown to find the job req id) > select the job req id.
8. Click on Take Action > Make Correction.
9. Delete the job req id and enter -1 > Save.
10. Repeat the above 2 steps for all the job req id's that has the issue.
11. Once done, go to Admin center > Manage Recruiting Settings > Disable switch "Use Job Profiles in Requisitions" > Save.
12. Again, Enable switch "Use Job Profiles in Requisitions" > Save. This would trigger the "Migrate Competencies in Job Requisitions from JDM1.0 to JDM2.0" job in provisioning.
13. Once the job completes successfully, competency data for the job req's which were modified above should work without issue. 

After the above steps have been completed you will now see the Competencies once again.

Notes:
It might take up to 24 hours for the update to take effect.
This solution should not be applied when TIH is enabled, competencies would have already migrated in that case, no need to run migration job again
