This article shows which fields are available for filtering in the Search Results Grid in Career Site Builder and what customizations can be made.

The following fields are available for filtering in the Search Results Grid:

• title
• location
• date
• department
• facility
• shifttype
• state

Note: It is not possible to add or remove fields from the above list. Please also note that it is only possible to use up to 5 fields at the same time.

Additional customizations available under Appearance / Search Results / Search Details:

It is possible to shows search boxes that allow you to filter on any of the search results columns by enabling Show Sub Filters. Note that these boxes will display ghost text. See below.

It is possible to toggle the label of the columns by enabling/disabling Show Column Header

It is possible to change the label of the above fields in the grid using the Translations feature under the Tools section. The group is "Search Results Fields" and the corresponding keys would be : lblTitle, lblLocation, lblDate, lblDepartment and so on.

Note that if you decide to use the Translations feature to override the label of those fields the ghost text in the search boxes will be affected as well as it uses the column label.

Some fields like the Date field have a built-in ghost text (date has the date format) which cannot be removed and will be appended to the header label should you override it.

The Show Sort Arrows option controls the display of arrows that allow you to sort results based on any of the search results columns. These allow the candidate to order by the columns defined in relevance Columns tab in CSB.
If used on the title, this allows the candidate to sort titles alphabetically.
