Symptom
- The Gateway is sending the parameter ptime = 20 (in the media session attribute in the SDP protocol)
- This is transferred from the Provider to the Gateway, and from the Gateway to the SAP Contact Center "CCtr"
- But CCtr does not pass this parameter to the hard phone (Cisco phone), and as a result hard phone is not using the correct ptime = 30
- The above causes problems with voice traffic
