2743545 - Invalid Work Center View Error for Business Role XYZ

Symptom

You observe that for a particular business role, the work center view shows error: 'Invalid work center view'.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

Go to the Application and User Management work center.
Go to Business Roles view.
Click on All Business Roles and search for Business Role XYZ(XYZ represents Business Role ID).
Click on Edit.
Go to Work center and View Assignments tab

Under work center/View ID, FIN_GENERALLEDGER, all the views are with Error: (Invalid Work Center View).

Cause

This happens when the concur integration for financials in not scoped. So even if the cost center and employee replication is allowed, financial data would not be handled.

Resolution

You have to scope the system for Concur Financials.

In case, if there are no projects open, you will have to create a change project and scope Concur. Later merge with the main work space.
