2743732 - Cannot Create Intrastat Declaration With Item Type Service

You want to create Intrastat Declaration with item type Service however it looks not possible.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Intrastat work center
2. Go to the Intrastat Declarations view
3. Select the relevant Intrastat Declaration ID
4. You cannot classify the declaration based on Item Type

In Intrastat Declaration processing the products should be of the type material and products of type services are not supported.

Only Product type Material is supported, and this is an expected behavior.
