2743887 - How does the SuccessFactors calculate time in position in Job History and Position Org Chart - Employee Central

You have noticed that the time in position is showing different results between your Position Org Chart and Job History.

For example:

Employee was assigned at position A by Jan 20th and today is Jan 23rd.

In Job History it shows that the employee has 4 days of time in position;
In Position Org Chart it shows that the employee has 3 days of time in position;
