2743907 - Line Items Notes Are Disappearing

You have entered an item note on your sales document, but when you change the Org. Unit the notes are disappearing.

SAP Business By Design.

1. Go to Sales Orders work center.
2. Select the Sales Orders view.
3. Search for the Sales Orders document ABC (ABC represents your Sales Orders Document ID).
4. Click on Edit and View All button.
5. Navigate to Items tab.
6. Then navigate to Notes subtab.
7. Enter a note.
8. Navigate to Involved Parties tab.
9. Change the Org. Unit.
10. Go Back to Notes subtab.

Result: The notes disappeared.

This is a standard behavior as the re-determination of notes depends on Sales Unit change on the Involved Parties tab on the Sales Order document.
